Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. All return requests must be submitted online via your customer account.

Eligibility Requirements

  • All merchandise must be new, unopened, with original packaging and tags intact
  • Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for return

How to Request a Return

  2. Locate your order and select the item(s) to return
  3. Submit your return request within 7 days of delivery
  4. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email

Return Shipping Fee

  • A flat $9.00 will be deducted from your refund per shipment
  • Use the provided return label; returns without it may not be accepted

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned merchandise is inspected
  • Allow up to 7 business days for processing
