Return Assurance Powered by Seel
For increased flexibility, you may have the option at checkout to purchase Return Assurance powered by Seel on eligible items.
Seel is a third‑party service that allows you to return otherwise non‑returnable or final sale items for a refund, subject to Seel’s terms.
When available, you can add Return Assurance during checkout for an additional, non‑refundable fee calculated by Seel.
How to Request a Seel Return
If you purchased Return Assurance with your order, you can start your return directly from your customer account:

Log into your account

Open the Returns section

Once logged in, use the account navigation to click Returns.

This will open the Seel returns portal in your account.

Enter your order details

In the Seel portal, enter the email address used at checkout and your order number to locate your eligible Seel‑covered order.

Submit your return request

Select the item(s) you would like to return under your Seel coverage.

Follow the on‑screen instructions to complete and submit your return request through the Seel Resolution Center.

How Seel Returns Work
If your order is covered by Return Assurance, you will receive detailed return instructions from Seel by email or in the Seel portal after submitting your request.
Follow those instructions to ship the item back according to the method provided (either to Seel or to Stackpole Moore Tryon, depending on how your order is configured).
Once the return is processed and confirmed in acceptable condition, Seel will issue your refund for the purchase price of the covered item(s), excluding the Return Assurance fee and any shipping or return‑shipping costs unless otherwise stated by Seel.
Your original payment to Stackpole Moore Tryon remains with us; Seel funds your refund separately under its program.
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Items showing signs of wear, alteration, damage, or missing tags may be refused or subject to partial refund at Seel’s and/or our discretion.
Certain categories (for example, intimate apparel, special orders, or customized items) may not be eligible for return even with Return Assurance, subject to Seel’s and our eligibility rules displayed at checkout.
Fees, Shipping, and Timing

The Return Assurance fee charged by Seel is non‑refundable, even if you decide not to return your item.

Original shipping charges and any return‑shipping costs are generally not refunded unless specified otherwise in your Seel or store documentation.

Refund timing for Seel‑covered returns is determined by Seel and may differ from our standard refund timing.
