Return Assurance Powered by Seel

For increased flexibility, you may have the option at checkout to purchase Return Assurance powered by Seel on eligible items.

• Seel is a third-party service that allows you to return otherwise non‑returnable or final sale items for a refund, subject to Seel’s terms.
• When available, you can add Return Assurance during checkout for an additional, non‑refundable fee calculated by Seel.
• If you add Return Assurance, you may submit a return request through the Seel app or Seel’s Resolution Center within the time window specified in your Seel confirmation (typically within 7–30 days of delivery, depending on Seel’s policy for your order).

How Seel Returns Work

• If your order is covered by Return Assurance, you will receive return instructions from Seel by email or in the Seel app after your purchase.
• Follow the instructions from Seel to initiate your return and ship the item back according to the method provided (to Seel or to Stackpole Moore Tryon, depending on Seel’s configuration for your order).
• Once the return is processed and confirmed in acceptable condition, Seel will issue your refund for the purchase price of the covered item(s), excluding the Return Assurance fee and any shipping or return‑shipping costs unless otherwise stated by Seel.
• Your original payment to Stackpole Moore Tryon remains with us; Seel funds your refund separately under its program.

Condition of Returned Items

• Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• Items showing signs of wear, alteration, damage, or missing tags may be refused or subject to partial refund at Seel’s and/or our discretion.
• Certain categories (e.g., intimate apparel, special orders, or customized items) may not be eligible for return even with Return Assurance, subject to Seel’s and our eligibility rules displayed at checkout.

Fees, Shipping, and Timing

• The Return Assurance fee charged by Seel is non‑refundable, even if you decide not to return your item.
• Original shipping charges and any return‑shipping costs are generally not refunded unless specified otherwise in your Seel or store documentation.
• Refund timing for Seel‑covered returns is determined by Seel and may differ from our standard refund timing.
