Return Window
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. All return requests must be submitted online via your customer account.
Eligibility Requirements
- All merchandise must be new, unopened, with original packaging and tags intact
- Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for return
How to Request a Return
- Log into your customer account
- Locate your order and select the item(s) to return
- Submit your return request within 7 days of delivery
- Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email
Return Shipping Fee
- A flat $9.00 will be deducted from your refund per shipment
- Use the provided return label; returns without it may not be accepted
Refunds
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned merchandise is inspected
- Allow up to 7 business days for processing
